  1. Tuition: This is the primary fee for the programme,which can range from a R135 000 Per year
  2. Lab fees: this fees cover the cost of equipment,supplies, and material used in the kitchen lab classes
  3. Kitchen tools and equipment: we provide students with  a set  of basic kitchen tools and equipment,such as knives,utensils, and pots and pans
  4. Uniforms and aprons: all will be provided
  5. Textbooks Material: the school will provide textbooks for students

    2 Baking and pastry: Concentrate on the art of baking and pastry making,including artisan breads and pastries.

    1. Sous vide cooking: focus on the art of sous vide cooking,including temperature control and precision cooking
    2. Food styling and photography: Study the art of food styling and photography for social media,magazines, and advertising.
    3. Farm -to farm-table cooking: focus on the art of farm-to farm table cooking,including local ingredients,sustainability,and seasonal menus
